Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.

If the product received by you in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please email us on hello@thelittlezens.com, with a photograph of the product as well as the original packaging. Upon approval, we will have the damaged item collected and replace such product or provide store credit for the same. 

 Cancellation Policy:

An order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it. 

Please Note: A processing fee of 4% of order value will be deducted from the refund. 

Once the order has been shipped from our office, it CANNOT be cancelled.
